Steven has been in the financial advisory industry since 1999. Prior to that, he worked as a carpenter framing houses to help pay for college. Within the financial advisory industry, Steve has helped insurance companies develop fixed indexed annuities, trained thousands of agents on the intricacies of FlAs through one-on-one calls, CE workshops, and online events, has been published in trade magazines, and was an integral part of two top-tier Independent Marketing Organizations (IMO) where he was recognized multiple times as sales manager of the month, earned sales manager of the year, and went on to start an IMO with 3 other partners. ​For 20 years Steve was a part owner and Manager/Member and upon selling his ownership and a brief "retirement", this opportunity arose and brought him back into the industry.

Steve is now leveraging his knowledge and experience by introducing a truly undeniably unique product which is a rare "Win-Win" for the financial professional and client.

Having a background in residential real estate and business ownership/management has given TC invaluable experience to share. She has owned various businesses throughout her career ranging from product/service sales to owning a large retail feed store in Tucson, AZ. Therefore, TC is well versed in customer service as well as the world of finance (not to mention the family budget!).
TC has two wonderful children who are also in Finance. Her daughter Amanda works in the mortgage industry as a top company trainer and her son Dominick is a financial planner working with a brokerage who has designed portfolios, presented/managed 403(b) plans for police departments, sheriff departments, teachers, etc., and also advised in a firm specializing in advising professional athletes.
TC is also a certified grief educator, owns a sound healing studio, holds a yoga teaching certificate, and continues to consult those in need via multiple healing techniques, services, and products.
